2027 Leadership Academy
CPAR’s Professional Development Committee and Board of Directors recognize emerging leaders of today will guide REALTOR® and community organizations of tomorrow and have established a leadership development program known as the Leadership Academy. The purpose of this program is to cultivate volunteer leaders for the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® and our communities through a powerful series of programs. This intensive and dynamic leadership experience will combine individual study, group sessions and actual project experience to develop leadership skills. Candidates will gain valuable knowledge they can apply in both their business and personal lives.
The Leadership Academy is comprised of up to 10 qualified individuals who have met specific predetermined criteria. Being chosen for this elite group is considered an honor and requires a high level of commitment in order complete the program.

January 12th – Orientation

January 13th – Team Building Course

February 17th – FREC Hearing Observation
•Gain insight into the real estate disciplinary and hearing process
•Learn how Florida real estate laws and regulations are applied in real-world cases
March 3rd – Great American Realtor Days at the Capitol (full day trip)

August 24th-30th – Florida Realtors Convention, Orlando (5 night stay in Orlando)

September 14th – Military – Tyndall AFB and Navy Base Tours
•Understand how military impacts our community
•Meet with key officers
September 15th – Graduation
•Graduation during Annual Membership Meeting
