Chief Executive Officer

Kaydee Albritton, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business, hospitality, and association management, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors® (CPAR). With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a proven history of leadership, Kaydee assumed her role as CEO in early 2024.

During her eight-year tenure at CPAR, Kaydee has been instrumental in driving the association's success, overseeing various operational and administrative facets. As CEO, she is tasked with guiding strategic planning, facilitating program development, conducting policy evaluations, and providing supervision to the staff. CPAR serves as the Realtors Association and MLS for six counties in the Panhandle area, boasting a membership of over 2,400, a 12-person Board of Directors, 12 member-driven committees, and a dedicated team of nine professional staff members.

Kaydee's commitment to professional growth is exemplified by her attainment of the Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation, a prestigious credential held by a select few nationwide. Additionally, her Certified Professional Standards Administrator certification underscores her expertise in managing Realtor Ethics processes, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in association management.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaydee actively engages with the community, serving as a member of both local chambers, a graduate of the Leadership Bay program, a participant on the Military Affairs Committee, and an Honorary Commander with Tyndall Airforce Base.
