Panama City, FL – The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce we have retained the services of a new Governmental Affairs Coordinator, Olivia Crosby Sanchez. Her role at CPAR will be to attend Government meetings in our service area, stay abreast of all issues affecting our industry locally, and work in tandem with our Governmental Affairs and Political Action Committee.
She will research current events and the agendas of city and county commissions and strive to enhance and expand CPAR’s community involvement by educating our Realtors® and the public on issues and opportunities that affect private property rights and home ownership.
“Advocacy efforts at CPAR have been increasing steadily over the years and our community has a great need for home ownership information to be readily available to them. With Olivia’s research efforts and our Governmental Affairs Committee in place, CPAR seeks to be an even stronger voice for our community when it comes to private property rights and homeownership” said CEO Debbie Ashbrook.
Olivia is a native of Florida, born and raised in Panama City. Olivia has over ten years of experience working in politics and government for the private sector, along with state, local and federal officials. Olivia graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor’s in Political Science and Communications. In her free time, Olivia loves spending time with her husband, Zack and daughter, Vivian. Olivia serves on the Arc of the Bay Board of Directors, the Bay County Chamber’s Leadership Bay Steering and
Governmental Affairs Committees and is also a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida.
