CPAR Introduces New MLS Director: Josh Mata

The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce we have named Josh Mata as our new MLS Director. His role at CPAR will be to manage and develop our Multiple Listing Service in conjunction with our MLS Committee and Board of Directors. He will be responsible for all MLS data and related technologies that share our MLS with the marketplace.
“Josh has been a valued and respected part of our team for years. His ability to communicate with and meet the needs of our members makes him an incredible asset to our organization. We look forward to his ideas and tech-savvy taking a front row seat” says CPAR CEO Debbie Ashbrook.
Josh Mata has been a part of the CPAR Staff for 3 years in our MLS department. He brings to this position first-hand experience with our MLS, IT, and members. Additionally, he has over a decade of telecommunications and customer support experience.
The Multiple Listing Service, or MLS, connects Real Estate buyers and sellers and allows the sharing of all local property listings that REALTORS® have available. The CPAR MLS covers Bay, Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington counties. There are hundreds of MLS’s across the United States.
