The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® will be
collecting items for those impacted by Hurricane Ida at six local drop sites throughout our
service area. We will collect items throughout the month of September and deliver the
goods to Louisiana on September 30th.
The following offices are open for donations and will transport your items to the truck
on the 30th: Florida Showcase Realty in Marianna, Elite Realty in Chipley, Think Real Estate
on Highway 77 in Panama City, Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® in Panama
City, Beachy Beach Real Estate on PCB Parkway in Panama City Beach and Coldwell
Banker Realty on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. You can also bring your supplies
directly to the truck on September 30th from 8 am to Noon.
After speaking to survivors of the storm the following items are what they are
requesting: flashlights, batteries, tarps, diapers, baby wipes, garbage bags, towels, work
gloves, fans, sunscreen, snacks, shovels, rakes, cleaning supplies, paper goods and gift
cards for gas, food and building supplies.
Odyssey Transport LLC will be providing an enclosed tractor-trailer truck to transport
all our supplies. We will have plenty of room so be generous! Full details can be found at
www.CPAR.us/IDA.
