The LEAD Coalition of Bay County is thrilled to announce the upcoming Glenwoodopoly: Homeowners & Buyers Fair, a much-anticipated housing event dedicated to supporting homeowners and homebuyers in the vibrant Glenwood & Panama City community. This annual fair, organized by the LEAD Coalition, aims to connect individuals and families with valuable resources that assist them on the path to homeownership and cater to their general homeowner needs.
Taking place on June 3, 2023, from 9 am to 3 pm, the Glenwoodopoly Homeowners & Buyers Fair will be hosted at Rosenwald High School, located at 924 Bay Avenue, Panama City, FL. As a testament to our commitment to inclusivity, this event is free and open to the public, welcoming residents of all backgrounds and walks of life.
Real estate professionals from various fields, including builders, lenders, REALTORS®, and title companies, will be present at the fair, ready to engage with attendees and offer their expertise. Through interactive workshops and insightful discussions, participants will have the opportunity to gather valuable information, gain expert guidance, and acquire essential skills necessary for successful homeownership. Title sponsor, the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) was awarded a $7,500 grant from the National Association of Realtors®’ (NAR) Housing Opportunity Program to support activities that create and expand affordable housing opportunities. The grant will be used to partner with the LEAD Coalition of Bay County on their annual Glenwoodopoly Homeowners and Buyers Fair.
"We are excited to provide the Glenwood community with a platform that connects them with the resources and experts they need to achieve their homeownership dreams," said Janice Lucas, Executive Director of the LEAD Coalition. "Glenwoodopoly offers a unique opportunity for individuals and families to learn, network, and access the tools required to make informed decisions in the housing market."
One of the highlights of the fair is the chance to win raffle prizes by visiting the various sponsored booths. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore an array of exhibits, each offering unique insights and valuable takeaways. Whether it's learning about the latest trends in real estate, understanding mortgage options, or discovering innovative home improvement ideas, Glenwoodopoly guarantees an enriching experience for all participants.
