Central Panhandle Association of Realtors® is proud to announce the launch of Project 109, an inspiring initiative dedicated to supporting Chrome Retreat, a vital men's recovery center located in Marianna, Florida. Project 109 aims to raise funds to provide essential mattresses for the center's residents, empowering them to take bold steps towards rebuilding their lives.
Chrome Retreat has been a pillar of hope in the community, tirelessly walking alongside men facing difficult circumstances, and providing unwavering support as they embark on their journey to recovery. The center's commitment to nurturing and empowering these individuals has been instrumental in transforming countless lives, and CPAR is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to their mission. CPAR serves Bay, Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson & Washington counties. Community outreach and support in our Northern counties is an integral part of the association’s strategic plan.
During the entire month of August, CPAR will be accepting donations in support of Project 109, with the primary goal of providing 60 much-needed mattresses for the men's recovery center. Each mattress comes at a cost of just $109, and with the community's collective efforts, this initiative aims to raise sufficient funds by August 31st.
"We believe that by providing the residents of Chrome Retreat with comfortable and secure mattresses, we can play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that promotes healing, self-discovery, and a renewed sense of purpose," stated Jennifer Ledesma, 2023 CPAR President. "We are calling upon the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations to join us in this endeavor as we strive to make a significant difference in the lives of those seeking a second chance."
Making a contribution to Project 109 is straightforward and can be done through two convenient methods. Donors can choose to submit online donations securely at www.CPAR.us/Project109. Additionally, CPAR is accepting checks made payable to CPAR for those who prefer traditional payment methods.
Join us as we rally together for the betterment of our community. Your generous donation will have a lasting impact on the lives of these men, helping them find hope, purpose, and the strength to build a brighter future.
