ORLANDO, FL, Aug. 17, 2023 – Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) attended this year’s annual Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo held Aug. 16-17, 2023, at Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Orlando, FL. In total, 67 CPAR Members made the trip to represent our area as convention participants.

Realtors from around the state attended the convention to discuss key issues that shape their profession. Members could select from over 35 education sessions, such as cybersecurity for Realtors; winning strategies for challenging times; what Realtors need to know about crypto, bitcoin and blockchain; and social media secrets of real estate superstars. Florida Realtors’ Governance Meetings also took place on Aug. 18-20, 2023, which included association elections and committee appointments.

The convention featured University of Florida football star Tim Tebow, a two-time national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, first-round NFL draft pick, best-selling author, and football analyst, who shared his “Mission Possible” as keynote speaker. Convention-goers also enjoyed the music of “Party on the Moon” during the Dance Party, then were entertained by singing group “Vocal Flash” at the annual Awards Luncheon, which honors Realtor excellence and service. This year’s Trade Expo offered nearly 200 booths featuring industry experts and exhibitors showcasing the latest marketing, technology, and business tools.
