Voting Information
Voting will be conducted electronically through Election Buddy. Primary, Secondary, and Emeritus members of CPAR will receive an email and text message with a unique personal link to complete their ballot. Power Partners and MLS Only Members are not eligible to vote. If you have any issues with voting please contact the CPAR Office at (850)763-8078. Please be sure to check your alternate email folders in case the email does not appear in your main inbox.
Elections Timeline
- July 8, 2025 - Initial application period opens
- August 8, 2025 - The deadline for submitting a completed application to be reviewed and verified by the Election Committee
- August 14, 2025 - Election committee meets to review initial applications
- August 18, 2025 - Initial candidates announced via email - Extended application period opens
- August 28, 2025 - Deadline for extended application period
- September 2, 2025 - Final Election Slate announced to membership
- September 13, 2025 - Election voting begins Polls open at 12:00 pm*
- September 16, 2025- Last day of elections, Polls close at 12:00 pm*
- September 17, 2025 - Election results announced at the Annual Membership Meeting
Voting

The 2026 CPAR Board of Directors will be presented at the Annual Membership Meeting on September 17th, at 11:00am. Register for the meeting at www.cpar.us/luncheon. The 2026 CPAR Board of Directors will be installed on December 5, 2025 at the CPAR Awards and Board Installation.
