ABOUT THE 2026 GREAT AMERICAN REALTOR DAYS:

Great American Realtor Days (GARD) is January 21st during Florida's Legislative Session in Tallahassee. During GARD, Realtors from around the state visit the Florida Capitol to meet with legislators on pending real estate legislation and discuss important issues impacting Florida's real estate industry.

REGISTRATION:

To attend this event, you must register through Florida Realtors. Online registration is now closed. You can still register in person between 8:30am-2:00pm at the Civic Center on January 21st.

RIDE THE BUS (CPAR MEMBERS ONLY):

CPAR offers a complimentary 56-passenger Motor Coach for all members attending GARD in Tallahassee. To ride the bus, PLEASE RSVP BELOW. Please note, this is an all day event on Wednesday, January 21st, with the bus leaving early that morning and coming back late that night.

If there are no more tickets available, please email your name to Natalie at advocacy@cpaor.org to be put on the waitlist.

5:30am Bus arrival at CPAR office

6:00am Depart CPAR office.

7:15am Arrive at Marianna Walmart for pickup - 2255 FL-71, Marianna, FL 32448

9:30am (EST) Arrival at Tallahassee Civic Center

10:30am(EST) Legislative issues briefing and lunch at the Civic Center

12:30pm (EST) Group Photo in front of the Historic Capitol Building

3:00pm (EST) Meeting with Senator Jay Trumbull and Representative Griff Griffitts at Room 116 in the Knott Building **There is a bridge on the 2nd floor of the Capitol Building that connects to the 4th floor of the Knott Building**

4:30-5:15pm (EST) **Invitation Only** Major Investor Reception - Adams Street between College Avenue and Park Avenue 

5:30-7pm (EST) REALTOR Block Party - Adams Street between Pensacola Street and College Avenue 

6:50pm (EST) Start loading onto bus - Meet outside the Governor's Club - 202 S Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301 to follow to the bus for pickup, message in chat for any questions

7:15pm (EST) Bus departs Tallahassee

7:15pm (CST) Bus arrives at Marianna Walmart for drop off

8:15pm (CST) Buss arrives at CPAR Office
