Rachel Edmonds serves as the Communications Coordinator for CPAR, bringing a strong background in public relations and strategic communication to the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in professional communication from Florida State University, where she gained a solid foundation in effective communication practices and community engagement.

A lifelong resident of Bay County, Rachel is proud to support the region she has always called home. In her role at CPAR, she is committed to strengthening member communication, enhancing outreach efforts, and contributing to the continued growth of the local real estate community.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cheering on FSU football, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
