Kim Franklin is the Education Director for Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS®.

She works with Florida Realtors and private instructors to bring the most up to date education available to our members. She directs all aspects of planning and booking classes, including scheduling instructors, catering, and reporting course attendance for disbursement of CE credits. Kim also heads the CPAR School of Real Estate.

She is the current 2022 Florida Realtors Chair of the Education Directors Committee and is also an active member of their Professional Development Committee. In 2021 Kim was a recipient of the Florida Realtors gratitude coin awarded by Florida Realtors President, Cheryl Lambert.

She is the staff liaison for the CPAR Education Committee and the Young Professionals Network.

She has a background of 20+ years of customer service and retail experience to facilitate a great member experience.

Kim was born and raised in Port St Joe but moved to Panama City in 2013 to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time outdoors and soaking up the Florida sunshine!
