Natalie Cayson serves as the Advocacy and Events Coordinator, bringing a unique blend of political experience, industry insight, and community involvement to the role. Originally from Miami, she relocated to Bay County in 2022 with her husband, quickly immersing herself in the local business and advocacy landscape.

A first-generation American of Peruvian and Cuban descent, she was raised in a politically active family which instilled in her a deep appreciation for civic engagement from an early age. She began her career in Tallahassee working for a lobbying firm, later making a career shift into the construction industry where she has worked as a manager at a countertop fabrication company.

Her local commitment to advocacy began through her service on the board of the Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA), where she holds leadership roles in both the Government Affairs Committee and the Professional Women in Building Council.

Outside of work, she is a musician and a devoted fan of the Florida State Seminoles and the Miami Dolphins.
