Melissa Strange

Advocacy and Events Coordinator

Melissa Strange is the Advocacy and Events Coordinator at Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS. She oversees the association’s advocacy efforts, working closely with local officials and policymakers to support REALTOR-related legislation and private property rights. Melissa is also the staff liaison for the Governmental Affairs Committee and the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Melissa holds her B.S. from D’Youville University and has completed professional certifications in events management and project management. Her background in project management has provided her with extensive experience in coordinating large-scale projects and fostering collaboration across teams.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Melissa moved to Panama City in 2016 with her husband and two children due to her husband's Air Force career. She quickly fell in love with the Emerald Coast and now spends her free time on the water and attending local community events. This deep connection to the area fuels her passion for advocating on behalf of CPAR’s members.
