  CPAR Disaster Relief Assistance Application

The CPAR Disaster Relief Committee exists to assist fellow REALTORS® in need after a natural disaster. This committee was created in response to the outpouring of support we received after Hurricane Michael in 2018. It exists in order to allow CPAR to "Pay It Forward" to the people affected by future disasters.

First consideration for assistance will be given to CPAR Realtor members. CPAR Power Partners, family members of Realtors, and general community members may be considered for relief at the discretion of the Disaster Relief Committee.

Applicants must be a member of the Realtor family prior to the disaster and whose Primary Residence or Real Estate Office has sustained serious physical and/or structural damage to include but not limited to water intrusion. Relief assistance may be limited to primary dwelling only.

Brokers, two separate applications are required if both your broker office and residence sustained damage and are not in the same location.
