Data Feeds / IDX / API

IDX / API Data Feeds are available to our members to provide listing data from the MLS to your personal or brokerage websites, as well as to feed back end office systems for a variety of applications. An explanation of the different feeds types and the fee schedule is below. To sign up for an IDX Feed, please see instructions below:

• Agents/Brokers working with a Technology Provider
  • Please refer your Technology provider to Trestle
• Technology Providers and Brokers Managing their own site
  • Please visit restle and click “Sign Up Now”

 Feed Types

There are three different types of data feeds available to our members at this time.

• IDX – Provides all current active and contingent listings in the MLS.
• IDX Plus – Provides all active, pending, contingent listings in the MLS, as well as all Sold data after January 1, 2012.
• VOW -  Provides all active, pending, contingent listings in the MLS, as well as all Sold listing history.

Fee Schedule

At the Agent level:

***As of January 1st, 2022 there will no longer be a charge from CPAR to our members for access to IDX feeds.***

• Vendors and brokers managing their own data will have a monthly fee from Trestle.
