How do I pay for my Dues/Supra/MLS?

        • Click here to visit our Billing Information page.

I need to transfer a member to a different office.

I changed brokerages and I want to transfer my listings to my new office, how can I do that?

            • Because all listings belong to the broker, we must have broker permission to transfer any listings. Have your former broker email mlsdirector@cpaor.org with permission to move the listings, and we will handle it for you. Unless they want to pick and choose certain listings, a simple "___________ is permitted to take their Active listings to their new brokerage" will suffice.

I accidentally expired my listing or allowed it to expire, what can I do?

            • If the listing has been expired for less than 30 days, your Broker can place it back as Active.
            • If the listing has been expired for more than 30 days, it must be entered as a new listing, but you can use the “Copy” function under Menu > Add/Change to save yourself time.

I am a member of CPAR, how can I login to other MLSs?

            • Login to FlexMLS, make sure you are on the CPAR/BCAR Dashboard. Look under the "MLS Links" section, and just below the Staff emails there are instructions for each of the MLSs there. Please note that if you are logging into the ECAR MLS, you will need to use a different browser than you normally use.

I am a reciprocal Member and I am having trouble logging in to the CPAR MLS.

If you are a reciprocal member from ECAR and you are trying to access the CPAR MLS, be sure you are using a different web browser/brand than the one you typically use to access your ECAR MLS. For example: If you use google Chrome to access ECAR MLS, you MUST use Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge.

            • If you are NOT a member of ECAR but are from an association that has a reciprocal agreement with CPAR, then please click here to fill out an MLS contact Support form and have our live MLS specialist help you gain access.

How can I change a picture in my listing?

          • In Flex, go to Menu > Change Listing (under Add/Change). Enter the MLS#.
          • On the right side, click on “Photos.” To Add Photos, click the “Add Photos” button in the top right.
          • To replace photos, click the up arrow next to the picture.
          • To make a photo the primary photo, click the flag at the top
          • Also can change photo name, rotate, or delete with appropriate icons.

My Coming Soon listing went active too early, how can I change it back to Coming Soon?

      • To change a listing from “Active” to “Coming Soon”, the listing must be expired or cancelled for 30 days before re-adding.
      • If the listing will be active before the end of the 30 days after the status changed, you can leave as is. You can advertise the listing however, you cannot state that it cannot be shown in any marketing

How do I add a reciprocal listing if I am not a Member of CPAR??

          • To add a reciprocal listing to our MLS you must be a member of a reciprocating Association. We reciprocate with Emerald Coast Association for REALTORS®, REALTOR® Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties, Pensacola Association of REALTORS® and Navarre Area Board of REALTORS®.
          • If you are a Member of one of those associations, Click Here for our Reciprocal Listing Agreement.
          • Complete and return the Reciprocal Listing Agreement along with a letter of good standing to mlsdirector@cpaor.org
          • Once we receive your agreement, we will reach back out to you.
          • Reciprocal listings are $300 per listing per year.

How do I change my password in FlexMLS?

          • Click here to let MLS Support know you are having an issue.

I am getting an error in the Supra App and cannot log in.

          • If you purchased a new phone, you need a new authorization code. Click Here to let MLS Support Know you need a new code. 
          • If you did not purchase a new phone, try restarting your phone or checking for Supra updates.
          • Make sure you have Bluetooth and Location settings turned on in your phone settings for Supra.
          • If you still cannot log-in, reach out to Supra Support at 1-877-699-6787 or click here to let MLS Support know you have a Supra log in problem.

How do I become a Member and what does it cost?

How do I add an Admin to the MLS who will be working for me?

            • Click here for our Admin Application. Fees are $10 per quarter.

Does CPAR feed data from our MLS to third party sites, i.e. Zillow? How often do they update?

  • Yes. How often the vendor updates their site from our feed is contingent on each individual contract an agent has signed with the vendor.
